Never one for sitting still, in 2020 Keri embarked on a new journey as a distiller, making rum in Northern New South Wales, Australia. What was once a dream to own a rum bar in the Pacific Islands is now an adventure in the art and craft of small batch distillation, as well as the ins and outs of small business management. Never a dull moment! She still freelances on the side.
